Random post no. 1

This is not a rant… that comes later! More of a self encouragement.

I’ve been injured from deadlifting for a month. Messed up my lower back due to lack of hamstring flexibility. Physiotherapist said I bulged a disc!

Good news is I’m recovering ok and starting back to working out. Doing light weights and keeping everything on the floor to support my lumbar spine!

Stay strong and train on!
