The link above is the latest video in which ATHLEAN-X talks about how body transformation not only changes a person’s appearance but also increases confidence. He uses his employee Jesse as an example. Jesse used to be a “hard-gainer” with poor posture and low-self esteem. Now look at him! Can you see the huge change physically and the display of improved confidence?

That leads to my post subject, “working out is as much beneficial for your mind as for your body. In Mandarin “workout” translates to “building your body” literally. However, if you can maintain discipline on your nutrition, challenge yourself during every workout, get comfortable being uncomfortable, doesn’t “building your body” builds your mind as well? Mental toughness is extremely important and invaluable! It takes you far in the journey called “life.”
